The Problem We Lived Every Day

Airlocker began when our founders were managing IT for over 100 clients at one of London's leading Mac Managed Service Providers.

Every new hire meant the same frustration: juggling courier accounts, tracking spreadsheets, and frantic emails about missing laptops.

Each client had their own system (or no system at all). Office staff spent hours packaging and shipping instead of focusing on their actual jobs.

Remote onboarding took days instead of hours. Offboarding was equally painful with devices going missing or sitting forgotten.

Sound familiar? We tried global solutions, but they forced us into their warehouses, their processes, their constraints—with an unsustainable cost premium.

We needed something that worked with our existing setup - whether shipping from our office, a client's premises, or a third-party warehouse.So we built it.
